I’m thrilled that you have come to visit my site. As an ordained minister, educator, and social entrepreneur, I have been engaging individual and group consulting for over a decade. In my work, I have partnered with non-profit and corporate leaders, clergy and their congregations, activists, community organizers, and elected officials. 1:1 Coaching
For individuals I offer sessions in 60 minute increments to allow focused time and attention on accessing the inner wisdom of the heart to create a personalized plan that is tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.
Retreats
Retreats are structured on a variety of topics and themes to help your team or organization co-create trustworthy spaces to access the inner wisdom of the heart and soul. I offer residential (overnight stays) and non-residential retreats for my clients.
Team Consulting
Working with teams, I help to strengthen team culture by facilitating spaces that co-create “cultures of trust,” helping to sustain relationships, and guide your team toward meeting its vision, mission, and goals.
Organizations
My work with organizations provides consultation and the co-creation of trustworthy space to explore the internal and external resources accessible to your organization while developing, shaping, and measuring vision, mission, values, and outcomes.
