We offer services for groups looking to establish a culture of courage and relational trust among its participants. For groups, we offer a variety of topic based workshops, and/or residential and non-residential retreat facilitation. Workshop and retreat topics include “Leading from Within,” “A Hidden Wholeness,” “Standing in the Tragic Gap,” “Team Development,” “Building Relational Trust,” “The Inner Life of the Activist,” and “Courage to Lead: Strategic Planning/Development” among others.
Our experience working with groups has been in the sectors of business, non-profits, public and private education systems, clergy, lay leaders, congregations, public servants in the public sector, the arts, and law.
